Advanced PCR Techniques This workshop is intended for those scientists who have familiarity with PCR. Topics include subtractive methods for new gene discovery, Long-Range PCR, PCR site-directed mutagenesis, 5'- and 3'-RACE PCR, and an overview of real-time PCR methods. This workshop includes an extensive wet-lab component and participants will be afforded an opportunity to perform these cutting edge techniques. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available. Scientists who do not have familiarity with PCR are strongly encouraged to enroll in our PCR Methodology workshop.
